Abstract: AI is great, but some of us are skeptical about the black box that makes decisions and answers our questions. It's hard to know whether it's hallucinating or if the answer is accurate. But it doesn't have to be that way! Knowledge graphs can add context, relationships, and meaning to AI responses and decisions. In this session, we'll go over different AI techniques (Agentic AI, Explainable AI, Personalized AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and explore how we can use the power of knowledge graphs to provide transparent and trusted answers for decision-making in AI. As AI tools become more relevant in areas like hiring, education, and healthcare, the need for transparency and personalization is growing and has become a critical characteristic of trustworthy systems.
