Abstract: As GenAI moves beyond prompt-based interactions toward autonomous, tool-using agents, managing context becomes a critical architectural challenge. This talk explores how Google’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) services enable the design of agent-ready AI systems by standardizing how models access tools, data, and execution environments. Attendees will learn core MCP concepts, key architectural patterns, and best practices for building context-aware, reliable, and scalable GenAI applications. Through practical examples, the session demonstrates how MCP helps transform experimental GenAI prototypes into production-grade, agentic systems capable of multi-step reasoning and real-world action.
