Tech Talk: What's your Agent's GPA? Trace, Measure and Ship Data Agents to Prod

Abstract: Trustworthy agents require alignment across goals, plans, and actions—not just correct final answers. Without visibility into how agents reason and act, teams risk hidden costs like wasted compute, higher latency, and poor business decisions. Traditional evaluation methods focus too narrowly on outcomes and miss failures in decision-making. This session introduces the Agent GPA (Goal-Plan-Action) framework, available in TruLens and Snowflake, to evaluate agents end-to-end. Attendees will learn how to surface internal failures and improve agent reliability for production.
