Agenda:
- 5:30pm~6:00pm: Checkin, food and networking
- 6:00pm~6:15pm: Welcome and Community update
- 6:15pm~7:30pm: Tech talks and Q&A
- 7:30pm~8:30pm: Open discussion and Closing.

Tech Talk: Multi-Agent Architecture is Now - optimizing outcomes with sub agents
Speaker: Chris Miller (Workato)
Abstract: Single agents seem amazing — until they lose context. For complex, long-running tasks, multi-agent architectures can improve outcomes and reduce token usage. In this session, we’ll explore practical task decomposition and delegation to sub-agents, walking through how to break down a real use case, assign specialized tools and skills, and measure the difference.

Tech Talk: Building Trustworthy, High-Quality AI Agents with MLflow
Speaker: Jules S. Damji (Databricks)
Abstract: Building trustworthy, high-quality agents remains one of the hardest problems in AI today. Even as coding assistants automate parts of the development workflow, evaluating, observing, and improving agent quality is still manual, subjective, and time-consuming.
Teams spend hours “vibe checking” agents, labeling outputs, and debugging failures. But it doesn’t have to be this slow or tedious. In this session, you’ll learn how to use MLflow to automate and accelerate agent observability for quality improvement, applying proven patterns to deliver agents that behave reliably in real-world conditions.

Tech Talk: Agent Adoption Playbook
Speaker: Benazir Fateh (Google)
Abstract: Building AI agents that move beyond simple chat requires a fundamental shift in design patterns. Drawing from the experience of putting agents in prodcution at Google, such as the development of specialized multi-agent systems for complex documentation workflows, this talk explores the "Enterprise-Ready" blueprint for the adoption of agentic systems. We will dive into specific design techniques that ensure reliability and agent adoption at scale. Benazir will share strategies for reducing the "integration tax" on developers, and designing agents for rapid adoption.
